Violations

A violation is an offense, other than a traffic infraction, for which a sentence to a term of imprisonment up to fifteen days is authorized.  While violations often do not carry jail time (though they can), a conviction for one can still carry negative consequences for the accused:  community service, fines, mandated program attendance, etc.

Frequently Issued Violations
