Driving While Ability Impaired Combined Influence (DWAI Combined Influence) - VTL § 1192.4a
A person is guilty of DWAI Combined Influence is he/she operates a motor vehicle while the person’s ability to operate such motor vehicle is impaired by the combined influence of drugs and alcohol and any drug or drugs.
The consequences of a conviction of DWAI Combined Influence mirror those in place for DWI offenses.
